Project description

The Ledras Arcade shopping centre is a modern construction situated in a busy commercial area in the middle of the old town. The project matches old with new, blending into the area perfectly. A large number of visitors to the shops and cafes in the Arcade enjoy daily the large skylights, robust construction and selection of materials.

The project was built over an existing 3-floor underground parking. The operation of the underground parking was not interrupted during the construction phase. The fact that the project is situated between Ledras and Ploutarchou streets in Nicosia added constraints to its easy completion as access was restricted for heavy machinery from both sides and there was a large number of pedestrians in the area. The project was completed successfully and on time.
