Project description

The building of the Central and Provincial Offices of the Department of Public Works in Nicosia is located at 165 Strovolou Avenue in Nicosia.

It is a three-storey building with a basement, with a total area of ​​approximately 10,740 m2. The building is formed in four wings. In three (A, B and C) are the workplaces while wing D functions as the central core of connection, vertical traffic and entrance to the Building. The offices of the Department of Public Works have been built in two phases, the first in the early 1980s and the second in the early 1990s. On each floor per wing there are branches which are housed.

The project concerns the Energy Upgrade of the Central Offices and the offices of the District Engineering Department of Public Works in Nicosia and will be carried out in 3 steps: Study-Construction- 12-year Maintenance. During the process of Energy Upgrade, there will be construction, mechanical and electrical works carried out.
