Project description

The scope of works includes:

• Walls / columns: partition and block work, access panels, openings, covings, architraves, moldings, skirting, decorative grillwork, GFRG elements, bulkheads including support framing, boarding, facades/ panels including support brackets, support steelwork, finishes including paint, special paint, vinyl, paper, fabric, timber veneer, glass, tiles, stone, marble, composite feature columns including: installation of vinyl covering, grilles, stone cladding, trims, skirting, supporting frames,
• Ceilings: Suspended ceilings including any structural steel framework with 2 hours cementitious fire proof paint, any proprietary modular support system, fixing brackets, access panels, openings, dropped ceiling elements, cornices, moldings, light coves, finishes including plaster, sealer, paint, undercoat and final finished coat and specialty finishes, tiles and acoustic tiles, glass suspended ceilings, GFRG moldings and light coves
• Feature ceilings including installation of: vinyl covering, marble edging, metal edging, inlay and sidings, coordination with concealed lighting, above elements of suspended ceilings, laser cut metal panels, colored translucent glass, plastic laminates, special applied finishes
• Floors: Stone/ Tile flooring including matching grouting, divider strips, sealant, veneer and trim, thresholds, inserts, drain covers and gratings
• Toilets: Sanitary ware, basins, taps and accessories, stone counters, mirrors, backlit mirrors, panels, screens, glazing and associated support framing, special finishes, plumbing fixtures
