This is a modern complex residential unit in Lakatamia that aspires to redefine the relationship between a structured space with its natural surroundings. It is made up of residential units that are very different in size and design (independent, semi-detached houses and flats).

It offers to the residents a green, personal, comfortable, family-friendly and safe environment.

There are 3 different kinds of residential units: 7 independent 3-4 bedroom houses, 5 semi-detached 3 bedroom houses, and 12 2-bedroom flats.
