IT Support Officer

Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, servers
• Manage network (Routers, Manageable switches, VLans, VPNs)
• Security (Firewalls, Antivirus)
• Diagnosing hardware and software faults
• Providing technical support (In person or Remote)
• Creating and Updating user mailboxes in Office365
• User account and file management on Active Directory and File Server
• Maintaining backups of all systems

Qualifications

• University Degree in Computer science or relevant field
• 2+ years of experience in IT Support is a must
• Knowledge of hardware and peripherals
• Knowledge of Networking
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Problem-solving skills
• Multitasking and analytical skills
• Must have flexibility and adaptability
• Willing to learn new technologies and techniques
